Elemental Voice workshop with Reya Caroub.

Join Reya on a journey to reconnect with the web of life through body, heart, and voice. Together we will slow down, listen deeply, and remember our belonging to the natural world.

Take time at this precious moment to honour the active cycle of the year as it turns, and the feeling of abundance and wholeness present at solstice, that we can call on to enrich our lives. Exploring this point in your yearly cycle through movement and sound will reveal how your voice can be a bridge, and an incredibly powerful medicine, to connect your own inner landscape with the living earth around you.

This shorter experience offers everyone a flavour of voice work as a wholebeing practice - and you don’t need to be able to sing to benefit from it.

We will land in the space with stillness around a sacred fire, before clearing and opening our bodies through movement and voice. After this preparation, we will connect to the elemental aspects of the garden and the wider landscape. We’ll explore how we want to use our voices individually and together to respond to our energy and feelings, as we find rhythm with the living earth.

10 Trees offers a beautiful, held space to step into this very special practice - open to the sky, enclosed by the trees and supported by the land, there is beauty and connection to be found in every corner.

Book individual sessions or the whole day. Garden soup will be served at 1pm.
