Expect a deeply immersive, meditative experience that envelops you in the resonant sound waves of multiple, giant therapeutic gongs. The session starts with a simple body scan, and invitation to be present with the moment, and can result in a profoundly restorative nervous system reset.

• About Jay.

  For over 35 years Jay has been fascinated with the big questions of life. His own connection and journey investigating this brought him to a sound bath several years ago which blew him away and led to a years-long training journey at a sound healing centre. Jay now travels the country with a set of 8 giant gongs mounted on scaffolding, and has graced many festivals with his sound waves, from Shambala to Timber.

  • This is a garden environment, so if you have any allergies or other serious health conditions, please let us know by email

  • We’ll be running this event come rain or shine. There will be a shelter space, but please come prepared to be outside for the full experience, in all weathers.
