What to bring: bring and share your favourite recipe for a herbal cordial or syrup and the ingredients to make it - as well as some pre-sterilised bottles or jars (we prefer wide-necked like kilner). We absolutely loved last year’s sage syrup - and we’ll be making a mint cordial too.

What to bring: Ahead of the growing season we like to make sure we have enough space to dry our herbs and seeds. You’ll need to bring an empty wooden picture frame, the same area of fine wire mesh/linen/embroidery fabric, some wood glue, a staple gun and some strong string.
