Yoga Flow with Emily Kaye.

Join Emily for a one hour Yoga Flow class, celebrating the height of summer, held outdoors on the grass in the beauty of the garden.

Expect an energising but accessible 60-minute yoga flow. A yoga flow is a style of practice where movement and breath are linked together in a gentle, continuous flow. You’ll move smoothly from one posture to the next, creating a rhythm that feels almost like a moving meditation.

The sequence will include standing postures and balance work, with a focus on developing awareness. Guided by the breath, the emphasis is on continuity, presence, and connection—helping you tune into your body, steady your mind, and move with greater ease.

Designed to be welcoming for all levels, this session focuses on ease, fluidity, and exploration. Expect a slow, continuous flow, linking breath to movement, in a way that invites you to move with the rhythms of the earth.

Practising barefoot on the grass, surrounded by summer blooms, offers a unique way to experience the garden — not just as a visitor, but as part of it.

Book individual sessions or the whole day. Garden soup will be served at 1pm.

  • Emily is a Sheffield-based yoga teacher, with ten years of teaching experience. Trained originally in vinyasa & hatha yoga, Emily has studied yoga, breathwork and yoga philosophy in the UK, India and beyond.

With a strong belief that there is no one-size-fits-all approach in yoga, Emily teaches a variety of different styles. Whether a dynamic vinyasa class or a deep and meditative stillness practice, Emily’s classes are warm, engaging and welcoming.

    Some words from Emily:

“My classes are playful but grounded, encouraging students to have a strong awareness of their breath. I believe that yoga can change the world and my goal is to strengthen the body and quiet the mind, for happier, healthier humans. We spend too much time rushing around, with our brains chattering away. For me yoga is about slowing all of this down, being more present, finding joy in movement and living more fully. "

Emily is the Yoga and Wholebeing Lead at Open House. When she’s not at Open House, Emily’s love of the outdoors takes her off into the hills, or you’ll find her pottering in the garden.
